Is Event Flow Pro only for event businesses?
No. Businesses can offer services through available time slots as well as event dates. Configure your services, durations, and availability to fit the way you work.
What is included in the free trial?
Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro access for one business, with no credit card required. Explore bookings, scheduling, proposals, contracts, and client management.
Do I need a WordPress website?
No. Event Flow Pro runs in your browser and includes a hosted booking page. You can also add booking widgets to an existing website.
How do online payments work?
Connect Square or Stripe, or configure PayPal, in your business settings. Choose one online processor per business. Provider eligibility, fees, and setup requirements apply.
Can I manage more than one business?
Pro Multi-Business includes up to three businesses under one subscription, with separate branding, bookings, customers, staff, and settings.
What happens when my trial ends?
You have a 14-day read-only recovery period to view and export existing records. Business access is then deactivated unless you subscribe. Expiration does not delete your records.
Can I move from the Event Flow Pro WordPress plugin?
Yes. Existing customers can arrange an assisted migration. Your records, current license, and remaining paid time are reviewed as part of that move. Creating a trial does not automatically transfer your subscription.
